When you purchase tickets through Dice, the platform may collect: your name, email address, and payment details; device and technical information; any preferences or details provided at checkout.

Dice may share limited data with us necessary to manage your ticket and entry.

2. How We Use Your Information

Nine & Up may use information shared with us to verify ticket purchases and manage entry, communicate updates or cancellations, provide marketing communications (if opted in), and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

Nine & Up does not sell or trade your personal data. Limited information may be shared with service providers strictly to support event operations. Dice’s own privacy practices apply when you purchase a ticket; please review Dice’s privacy policy directly.

4. Data Security & Retention

We take reasonable measures to protect information provided. Data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill operational and legal purposes.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.

Terms of Sale

1. Ticket Validity

Tickets are only valid if purchased directly through Dice. Tickets are non-transferable unless specifically allowed by Dice.

2. Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless an event is cancelled. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be processed through Dice according to their policies.

3. Entry Requirements

Physical, government-issued ID is required for entry. The name on the ticket must match the ID presented. Management reserves the right to refuse entry for safety, capacity, or non-compliance reasons.

4. Event Changes

Lineups, venues, and schedules are subject to change. No refunds will be issued for lineup changes or rescheduled events.

5. Liability

Attendance is at your own risk. Nine & Up is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damages occurring at or in transit to events.

6. Governing Law

This Policy and all ticket sales are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
