SOL PROMO AGREEMENT

Promoter Agreement

This Promoter Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on [Date], between:[Promoter Name], hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter,”and [Event Organizer Name], hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”

1. Hosting Fee:

The Promoter shall be entitled to a hosting fee of $300 under the following conditions:

•    If the Promoter sells a minimum of 20 tickets for the event; or

    •    If the Promoter sells a table with a minimum value of $2000 for the event.

2. Ticket Sales and Client Bookings:

If the Promoter fails to generate 20 ticket sales or client bookings for the event, they shall not be entitled to any pay as outlined in Section 1.

3. Complimentary Guestlist:

The Promoter is granted a complimentary guest-list for the event, subject to the following conditions:

•    The guestlist is limited to a maximum of 5 female guests.

    •    Guestlist must be submitted to the Organizer at least 3 days before the event for Approval.

    •    Any requests for additional guestlist spots beyond the specified limit must be communicated to and approved by the Organizer.

4. Male Complimentary Entries:

The Promoter shall not be entitled to provide complimentary entries to male guests for the event. Any exceptions to this rule must be approved by the Organizer in writing.

5. Marketing:

     •    promoter agrees to post provided marketing assets and must tag @soltogether on their social media channels and other platforms as designated by the Organizer.

     •   Promoter acknowledges that posting non-approved marketing materials is strictly prohibited.

     •   Promoter shall adhere to mandatory posting intervals as specified by the Organizer.(2-3 times a week).

6. Additional Terms:

Any additional terms or conditions not explicitly stated in this Agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

7. Termination:

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice to the other party.
